Jury Problem

Suppose that 40% of the adults eligible for jury duty in a certain city are senior citizens over 65 years of age.

A particular defendant has an upcoming jury trial. The jury selected for her trial has only 2 senior citizens on it. The defendant wishes there were more seniors on her jury, since she thinks seniors would be more sympathetic to her case. The defendant argues to the judge that seniors are being under selected to serve on juries. Is there evidence for her claim?
