Choose one of the emotions listed below and review the related web links. You job is to identify 3 major coping strategies that experts recommend.

You ARE NOT REQUIRED to follow additional links from these pages. You may additional websites but you must give me the URL for review.

 

When you have a list of three major coping strategies, team up with another group and compare the strategies for your emotion and theirs.

Send a short description of:

1. the emotional coping strategies you identified

2. how effective you think they areand

3. discuss the similarities that you found between the two groups you worked with in class
